One to one coaching

We want you to get the maximum benefit from the time spent with your coach to get lasting and effective change. We believe in a holistic approach to your health and fitness journey, tailored to your exact personal requirements and goals. Our training is scientifically programmed and has been tried and tested to get you the best results possible.

Pre & Post Natal one to one coaching

We are fully qualified pre & post natal coaches. Our programmes enhance the pregnancy process to reduce aches, pains, and fatigue and help prevent gestational diabetes.

Our Post-Natal one to one coaching will get the body moving again, focusing on regaining good posture, learning how to regain abdominal strength, and retraining your pelvic floor so you can sneeze with ease again.

SpinRX – Our Signature Class

Exclusive to our clients, we have designed the ULTIMATE training session to challenge your cardiovascular capabilities. Not for the faint hearted, this combined spin -TRX suspension training will provide a total body workout. You will leave full of endorphins and feeling invigorated from training as part of a friendly, welcoming group.

CycleBEATS

A 45 minute HIIT class delivered on the spin bike to burn fat, build a healthier heart and increase metabolism.

The studio has Keiser bikes using the RPM function to monitor speed, systematically shifting between gears ranging from 1-22.  These bikes offer one of the most comfortable rides and an exceptional cardiovascular workout.

MoBa

For those who always mean to go to yoga but never quite get their weekly fix, utilising varied methods of movement and stretching this class will increase your flexibility and mobility. Essential for those who train frequently, MoBa will diminish your risk of injury.

BBB – Babies, Burpees and Buggies

Bring your babies whilst you make some time for a fitter you, alongside other new mums. We offer both indoor and outdoor classes, gradually easing you back in to exercise.

We focus on pelvic stability and strength, posture and activation of your deep core muscles, all of which are often comprised during pregnancy and after giving birth. By helping you to realign your body, we eliminate pain and make you feel strong. Whether it’s pushing buggies uphill speed walking at our outdoor class or using resistance bands and the facilities at our studio, we guarantee you will feel worked and exhilarated by the end of the session. The class is a small group so you will get the attention you deserve.

We are happy to accommodate private groups if you have a ready-made antenatal group that would like to train together.
